Very satisfied. Carpets are about 4 yrs old and have been cleaned about every 6 months. It has been closer to 10 months since the last Cleaning. Ryan quoted the job over the phone for 3 beds, living and dining room, about 1200 sq ft. He may have been a little low on the bid. I should have tipped better. The job was done on a Sunday morning, which is a big, big help for me. Ryan and Buddy were quicker than past services, about 1 1/2 hrs. And I don't mean this as a negative. Every stain was up and I have cats (1 with a digestive problems). Good - quick work.

Very polite and willing to work hard to please, though I have to say I was only somewhat satisfied with results. Showed up late. Did not put protectors under furniture. Machine didn't seem to get to edges of carpet at floor molding ... I just tried using crevice tool at edges and got out dust/dirt with regular vacuum, which improved results. Carpet is still wet, 8 hrs. after job completed.

It was not a carpet cleaning service but a carpet removal and drying a wet basement floor under the carpet. They did a good job coming in at the end of the day to address the problem and after removing the wet carpet they cleaned the concrete floor and placed a de-humidifier and fans to dry the floor. The only mistake they did was placing end of the de-humidifier condensation tube in a very small collection basin, not realizing that this basin got filled in a matter of hours. Luckily, I noticed this mistake and changed it to drip outside in my backyard before a causing a major problem.

We would have rated McSteamy's 5 stars, however, he had some equipment problems. His propane lighter did not work and his plastic bottle that held some special cleaner had a hole in it. Hopefully, he has resolved these issues. He was very professional, was on time, and got the job done quickly. He did not waste any time. We went in the next day and the carpet appeared to look good. We would hire him again.
